Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker back, the box off against
villains Electro, played by Jamie Foxx. As the film opens, we find Richard
(Campbell Scott) and Mary Parker (Embeth Davitz) steal with some important
files Oscorp while leaving the young Peter in the care of Aunt May (Sally
Field) and Uncle Ben. Flash forward a decade, and Peter (Garfield) Spider-Man
swings into action, has managed to thwart piracy Oscorp truck Sytsevich Alexey
famous Russian criminal (Paul Giamatti), Peter ditch lawsuit in time to meet
with {% Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone ) to a high school diploma.
Despite a deep love
for Emma, however, Peter still haunted by his promise to his late father for
not emotionally involved with it for fear that it could be the target of
enemies of Spider-Man. Meanwhile, young Harry Osborne (Dane DeHaan) inherits
the deadly retrovirus Oscorp and his father Norman (Chris Cooper) and a
brilliant but shy Oscorp Scientific Dillon Max (Jamie Foxx) will be infused
with a strong dose of electricity while trying to set a standard electrical
circuit in the laboratory. After regaining consciousness, Max discovers he has
the power to operate the electric current - a stronger tension becomes. When
the battle with Max at Times Square in Spidey's web-shooters short, Peter will
work on developing a more reliable models of weapons signatures as Harry grows
convinced that the blood of Spider-Man is the key to its survival. Then, the
evil President Oscorp Donald Menken (Colm Feore) stole the company on the right
to sub Harry, lead young people to solve revenge Max - Electro now - about the
Institute Ravencroft closely guarded for two-way attack Menken and Spider Man.
This battle stage is set when New York City is extinguished as Peter declares
his love Gwen, wise-cracking weavers plunge in a fight that could forever change
the course of his life
